What we collect

  • Order details: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number (if you give it) and the books you ordered.
  • Messages: anything you send us through the Contact page or by email.
  • Basic site data: our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.

Your cart is saved only in your own browser until you check out. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Payments

Payments are handled securely by PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal account or as a guest with a debit or credit card. Your payment details go directly to PayPal and are never seen or stored by us. PayPal's privacy statement is at paypal.com.

How we use your information

  • To print, ship and deliver your order and send you tracking.
  • To answer your questions and handle any problem with an order.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't send marketing emails unless you ask to receive them.

Who we share it with

Only the companies we need to complete your order: PayPal (payments), our printing and shipping partners (your name and shipping address, so your book can be printed and delivered), and our website host, Hostinger. Each may only use your information to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes, and messages for as long as needed to help you.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing Fearfullymadest@gmail.com. We'll reply within 2 business days. Some records may need to be kept by law.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
